We care about your health and safety and we will do whatever will make you feel most safe and comfortable, as we always have. Please just ask for what you want and we will accommodate.

Remote Support

We can work remotely to help you, using FaceTime, Zoom, and screen sharing / remote Mac control apps.

On-Site Support

If we are coming to you, we want you to tell us what you are comfortable with. Everyone has different levels of concern, and we want to meet you at your comfort level.

We’re very happy to wash hands on arrival, and wear a mask and gloves.

We will keep our distance, and even work on your Mac while sitting outside on your patio. We’ll gladly occupy the far corner of a table nearest the door while we make sure you’re backed up, help sync your photos, and free up storage.

As the situation evolves we expect your requests will evolve as well, so when you speak with your consultant or our dispatch team just tell us how you’d like us to keep you safe and comfortable.
