Our primary goal when it comes to fees is to make our rate structure simple and our service valuable. Fees break down to a reasonable $97.50 per half hour (personal, family, and home support). All consulting fees are subject to 5% tax (GST).
$225 CAD (approx $175 USD) for entrepreneur/business support
$195 CAD (approx $150 USD) for personal, family, and home support
$185 CAD (approx $140 USD) for seniors discount on personal, family, and home support
Phone support or screen sharing with you wherever you are in the world: half hour minimum
On-site visit in or around Vancouver, BC, Canada (we come to you in-person): one hour minimum
Billing for work that continues after the minimum charge: 15-minute increments
Terms and Conditions
- If we made a mistake, we will fix it on our dollar, not yours.
- You will only be charged if we achieve the agreed-upon result, or make measurable progress towards that result.
- We ask for payment by Visa, Mastercard, or Amex at the end of each session, using our industry-leading secure web system vonigo.com integrated with authorize.net merchant services.
- We accept cheque, PayPal, email interac only with prior management approval, and only from return/ongoing clients. If this is your first time working with us, we will only accept credit card payment.
- If you cancel more than 24 hours from your scheduled time and you paid in advance, you are entitled to a full refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you cancel within 24 hours from your scheduled time, you’ll be charged a half hour cancellation fee at your regular hourly rate.
- If we’re coming to you on-site in the Greater Vancouver, Canada area: An additional $20 one-way travel charge applies for 20-40km outside of Vancouver center, and a $40 one-way travel charge applies for 40+ km outside of Vancouver center.
